Well, well, well. Looks like Amanda Bynes' parents are not so supportive of her love life. According to the latest news, they have forbidden her to marry her AA partner Paul. Now, I don't know about you guys, but I find this pretty hilarious. I mean, what do they have against the guy? Is he not good enough for their precious daughter? Or maybe they're just not ready to let go of their little girl and are trying to hold on to her as much as possible.

But let's back up a bit. For those of you who don't know, Amanda Bynes is a former child star who had a bit of a rough patch a few years ago. She went through some personal and legal issues, but has since turned her life around and is now in AA. Good for her, right? And apparently, she has fallen in love with another member of the program named Paul. Cute, right? Well, Amanda's parents don't seem to think so.

Now, I'm not one to judge, but come on. The girl is in her thirties, she's been through a lot, and she deserves to be happy. If Paul makes her happy, then why not let her marry him? Is it really such a big deal? I mean, it's not like he's some random guy off the street. He's a fellow AA member who is also trying to get his life back on track. What's the harm in that?

But who knows? Maybe there's more to the story that we don't know about. Maybe there's some deep-rooted family drama that we're not privy to. Or maybe Amanda's parents are just being overprotective. Either way, I can't help but find this whole situation amusing.
